What is the biggest threat to the United States’ national security?  Their national debt.  Yep.  When the annual interest on your debt exceeds your entire defense budget, you’re on your way to bankrupting yourself out of being a superpower.  Every American citizen owes over $40k to the national debt, which has increased by more than $4 billion PER DAY since late 2007.  Considering that Canada is the United States’ largest trading partner (by FAR), this should concern every Canadian, too.
